Too many locals on day passes during the weekend. The snack bar food was the same everyday and it was gross besides the fries. The buffet was okay. The front desk staff try to scam you into upgrading to a room that you already upgraded and paid for. I will not stay there again.

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.

El hotel está muy bello, área de piscina es grande y muy limpia igualmente la playa. Habitaciones coinciden con las fotos son espaciosas y limpias, camas cómodas. Para ser un hotel solo adultos no tienen muchas actividades o entrenamiento en la noche. En cuanto al personal no todos fueron amables pero en general el trato es bien. Si van a salir fuera del hotel hay muchos restaurantes cerca. La comida en el buffet no hay mucha variedad y el sabor le daría 5.5/10
