From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome — everyone was super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. Every meal was full of flavor, and there was a great variety to choose from. Whether you’re into local dishes or international cuisine, there’s something for every taste — and it was all delicious! The hotel had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Whether we were hanging out by the pool, exploring the area, or just relaxing in our rooms, everything was comfortable and convenient. Overall, a great experience! (144 reviews) Lovely hotel , staying in October outside of any school holidays, so hotel not too busy , plenty of sun loungers, attentive staff, place felt very clean, tidy and well maintained. The all inclusive was excellent, enjoyed working though the cocktail menu. Good dining options, the app was very useful - should promote that more, with QR codes etc.. in reception. Friendly reception, very helpful booking taxis. Few times we got taxi to Kos town, then walked back. All very flat - so easy walking. Booked excursion and went to Zia for sunset in the mountains, which was beautiful. Also managed to squeeze in boat ride to Bodrum, Turkey. Overall really impressed with Kos and would certainly come back and stay at the same hotel. Indoor adult pool in the spa was a hidden gem. If the outdoor pools were a few degrees warmer I’d have swam in them more, but the sea was a little warmer and beautiful, so clear.. happily swam in the sea everyday - hotel is in great spot to enjoy the sea. (180 reviews) The hotel has the friendliest and most helpful staff - especially in the restaurant. The only staff I found a bit annoying were the spa ladies who tried to sell you treatments right when you come out of the main restaurant. The treatment I had was okay but not really worth the money. We had swim-up rooms and unfortunately there were ants in my bathroom which should have been noticed by the cleaning staff. The rooms were okay but you could see tear and wear on the furniture which was a shame. The property with all the plants and trees is amazing. The gardeners do a fantastic job and it is a joy to walk around the property.
