Quiet, although looking out at a parking lot :). It is a quirky hotel with unique decor. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast. buffet is delicious. We also enjoyed a few good dinner meals at their restaurant. The hotel is quite central (in artsy area) and near port, and theatres. Walking distance (about 10 min) to port for water tours. Really enjoyed staying here.
