The pool is clean and enjoyable for swimming laps. I often had the pool to myself The room was kept clean. It had a small but effective refrigerator and microwave. Glasses, plates and silverware were useful and cleaned for me after use. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was bountiful, consisting of fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, cereal, pastries and delicious coffee I haven’t tried the bar yet The neighborhood is convenient with a mall with supermarket and small, friendly bars and restaurants. I enjoyed the Bay Gardens so much, I decided to stay another week!

The pool was lovely, as were the grounds. The staff, especially the groundskeepers and housekeepers were very friendly and warm. A nice feature is that the pool is open 24 hours, which I loved. Minor complaints: Visitors should be aware that the land along Reduit Beach near the hotel is walled off and under major construction. You have to walk down a pretty unattractive stretch of road to access the beach. We asked for a room change to a higher floor when we arrived and were told that the hotel was at capacity, but the room next to us and several others seemed to remain empty during our 4 day visit. Again, these are minor issues. The place is beautiful.

Fabulous environment. Set right in the jungle so very different to other hotels. The cottages are all slightly different, ours Bamboo, had a lovely bed and outside shower. Aircon was one of the best. On/ off, up/down. All the staff were nice, can’t name all the good ones because they didn’t all have name badges but Shernic in the restaurant and Peter in the bar. I was there 6 weeks ago and lovely ladies on reception remember me. On the negatives, you do need a car or taxi. I used Alex app which was great for taxis. Cheaper than other options. If the weather is bad not much to do at the resort. Hotel was good value for money
