(1,002 reviews) The room was very tired looking and cold. There was only a very thin Duvet on the bed which didn’t even go down the sides. I was there for 10 days and on the 5th day I had to ask for my sheets to be changed. I also asked for an extra blanket or something and the receptionist organised for an extra heater to go in my room. Which did help. Overall they didn’t do the “ Nice / Finer details “ you would expect from a well known inner city Hotel.
