"Check in req'd $100 cash deposit or $50 on credit card. First BAD sign. Hallway to room reeked of cleaning product, room was worse. Tried to get a refund and leave, due to booking thru Travelocity, not an option. Night mgr showed us a 2nd room, better but not 100% odor free. Late check in (9pm), so we went shortly to bed (TV didn't work, so watching a short show was not an option). Room was cold, so we switched to heat, which worked fine, but the fan was on permanently "ON" and could not be changed. Sheets were somewhat scratchy. Tolerable, but not good. Breakfast was pretty good, coffee was terrible. Not many choices for my spouse that has dietary issues (can usually do fruit and some cereals, but not here). Checkout required a ten minute wait for the day mgr, to get my $100 back. For all they knew, the room was trashed, as no one checked before reissuing my deposit. So the "deposit" was mostly a scam. Wonder how many people are in a hurry and forget... Better breakfast than a Motel 6, but for the difference in cast, you can buy a great breakfast. So, being generous, on a scale of 1-10, I give it a 3. IE, won't be staying here again (and we visit Midwest City 3-4 times a year)."

"We loved that the room was clean and quiet. Our first try 304, the TV didn’t work. We moved to 306. The faucets are super wonky. You either get a blast of pressure or a dribble. There’s no in between. And the bathroom faucet is loose. Needs attention. Last night there was garbage in the elevator and it was still there this morning. Thank you for the nice strong coffee in the room."

"Parking is around the corner in a public parking garage. You have to pay extra for parking (I think it was $10/day). Pool was cold so I didn't use it. On site food options were limited but nice and convenient to have a coffee shop in the lobby and coffee was good. Gym was also fully equipped and clean. Overall a good stay"

"The room was clean and had no smell but they took money from us without notice. A few days after our stay we had an extra charge from the hotel with no explanation or warning. When we called and asked what it was, we were told we stole the room charging port. We explained that we did not take it and its possible our baby misplaced it in the room and asked them to double check. The receptionist continued to accuse it and made no effort to help. There was no effort made to double check the room or even check security camera to see if someone else had been in our room. We called 4-5 times with no help and unable to get to the manager. We also emailed 3-4 times and got 1 response saying they would check but they never followed up. We did not take anything that was not ours from the room and we would like to be refunded for that charge."

"The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process go smoothly. The only problem we had was the temperature of the water in the shower. One moment it would be very hot and within seconds it would go tepid to ice cold without touching the nozzle. The first day I thought it was potentially because of the time of morning I took a shower (busier time due to check-out) but the second morning I took a shower a couple of hours earlier than the previous morning and it was the same thing. Not sure what was going on with the water temperature but it made for a quicker shower for sure! "
