"What an awesome part of paradise. It is exactly as advertised a clean studio right on the beach. Sunsets from the patio were amazing. The beach was steps away and swimming in the ocean was great. Heidi was a super host and communicated very well. We appreciated the little extras. If we come back to this area we would stay here again!!"

"If your looking for a Florida beach vacation this is the place! We have rented condos on Florida beaches for years and this is by far our favorite stay. Right on the beach, great restaurants nearby, grocery store 5 minutes away. Can't be beat!"

"Our unit was not oceanfront however it was close to the sand and water! The unit was well decorated and pretty comfortable, furniture in the living room wasn't the most comfortable ever but we didn't spend a whole lot of time in there. It was definitely a bonus to have a nice full size washer and dryer in the unit. This unit said it was a partial ocean view but it's not, which really was ok. The pool is so nice and clean. We will definitely return."

Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy."

"Beautiful property, beautiful room, it was amazing and relaxing. So incredibly clean. Host easy to reach and accommodating. Towels for beach and pool are provided. Resort staff very nice and helpful. Lots of places to walk as property seems to be shared somewhat with other resorts once you get onto the property. Also walking trail extends out onto main road so you could literally go for miles. Very safe. Great location to Sarasoto and Anna Maria."

"Great retro old Florida feel. Nice small complex that is well maintained for an older property. We enjoyed walking straight out to the beach as well as having the pool as an option when it was windy/chilly on the beach. Our unit was nicely updated and we didn’t have another unit above us. We spoke with another renter and she said some of the same families come back year after year. Just as an fyi, the property is in the flight path of the airport but we got used to hearing the planes after a day...

"This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family needs. My two kids (preteen girl and teen boy) had their own space and my husband and I appreciated the king bed (my husband is tall, so a king is better than a queen). Everything we needed for the weekend was in the condo. The proximity to the beach, dinner options and even fishing on the pier were exactly what we were looking for. We have been to many gulf beaches and we liked how quite this was vs bigger public beaches."
