« This is our second time staying at this VRBO and we couldn't be happier. The location can't be beat. The rental comes fully stocked and all the bath towels and beach towels you may need which was extremely helpful. The bed is very soft, with a mattress topper which we enjoyed. The rental also had an umbrella and smaller cooler which were great for the beach! Will absolutely rent again!. »

« Our Anna Maria Island family vacation stay at this fantastic home was a blast! Everything is new and clean, and the decor design and atmosphere feels like it's out of a magazine. Being just a few minutes walk away from the beach meant daily sandcastle-building sessions and family days by the waves. We loved the private pool – it was the highlight of our trip! The bedrooms were comfy cocoons for post-beach naps, and the ensuite bathrooms made getting ready so easy (a lifesaver with kids in tow)....

« This vacation rental was clean and easy to get to. Easy access to the beach and the free trolley. The trolley will drop you off and pick you up at many convenient locations from the south end to the north end of the island. Many good places to eat and shop. This vacation rental also gives you nice privacy. The owner Jennifer is wonderful. We had a great week. »

« We have rented with Patrick (the owner) before and this time was as enjoyable as always. The house is in great condition and Patrick is always available and able to help us with any questions/requests. To be honest, his response time is simply amazing; he gets back to me so fast any time I reach out. This property, with an incredible pool/hot tub set up and proximity to down town and the beach cant be beat. Highly recommend and we are already hoping to go back next year! »

« We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to house. The cleaning crew was finishing up and we asked if we could sit poolside. Yes! We used the restroom and hung outside while they finished. Our groceries got delivered and we settled in for wonderful week! Our upstairs neighbors were wonderful and sharing the pool and back yard was easy. Would love to come back!!! »

« We booked this adorable two bedroom duplex for four nights to go to Anna Maria for a family wedding. We had no idea about the island and ended up in the loveliest quiet little neighborhood in beans point. The unit was exactly as it was described and as it looks in the pictures, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and I would highly recommend this adorable spot for anyone looking for an affordable, immaculate, quiet place on the island. »

« I rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in....

« The location and views were incredible! It was so great being right on the beach and it was easy to walk everywhere. Unfortunately the house is a little tired, the refrigerator should be replaced as the door doesn’t close well, the shower head in the primary bathroom should be replaced and the pillows/mattresses need updating. « The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places.
