The renters provided everything you could possibly need, so we really ended up packing more than was even necessary. The renters got right back with us when we had a question. We loved that the beach was a 3 minute walk and the property provided everything we needed such as chairs, boogie boards, wagon, shovels, etc! The only negative was the pillows were terrible. « The location of this property was perfect - less than 500 steps from front door to sand! Walking distance to a Publix for groceries. An umbrella, beach wagon and one chair are provided as well as four beach towels. The heated pool is an alternative to the beach. I was disappointed that there was no dresser or closet in the bedroom - disliked living out of a suitcase for a week. The kitchen was small but adequate for breakfast and lunch. The unit itself was small but worked well for two adults....

« Beautiful property in an ideal location 1 block from beach. Private pool and waterfall are a highlight as well and are perfectly maintained. Feels like being at home with kitchen that has everything you need for cooking, beach towels, pool toys, etc. You can walk to Publix, beach stores and several good restaurants In 5 minutes. Can’t think of what I would change. We loved our 3 week stay. »

« We love our vacations on AMI (since 2015) and this year was no different. The unit was perfect for us (3 people). A very short walk to the beach and good location to Pine and north of the island. Layout of the unit was unique but everything was provided - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. Beds need an update though but that is a minor point. »

« Property is old and needs updating and some paint. Back door is clear glass with no privacy. We had to cover glass with black garbage bags since there were no blinds or curtains. Bathroom needs updated. Dirt between wall and washer/dryer. »

« The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...
