Staff were fine, but they never replied to an online request for a shuttle from the airport.
Rooms are big, AC works, but mattrass is very thin and the shower had a very low pressure.
Ok for PNG standards. Convenient place

My rating is a low 4/5. Check in was terrible. We arrived well after check in time after a long flight and they couldnt find our booking. We waited around for over an hour before they "found" our room. Got into the room and there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were not cleaned properly.
The other staff at the restaurants, Host cafe and security personnel were polite and friendly

An amazing trip with friends. Dinner was great but lunch wasn’t good at all. We ordered a bunch of things from the menu but everything was subpar. The only disappointing part of our trip
