This property is immaculate from the beautiful entrance to stunning floral courtyard and pool area to pillow like beds. Staff were extremely helpful and the food and drinks were excellent

Staff was Not attentive-especially at Kelly’s bar. Everything was closed by 10pm-

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly. The hotel is kept meticulously clean. Constantly mopping/cleaning by staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has beautiful grounds - flowers and trees. The food at the a la carte restaurants was very good. The buffet was ok. It could use an upgrade. The weather was perfect and the beach nice, but we will never return to Mazatlan again. At least not to this hotel area. The CONSTANT banging coming from bands from 12:00 - 8:00 every day ruined our vacation. When I say bands I'm talking about I counted at least 50 people playing instruments and singing, all at the same time, on our short beach with microphones and boom boxes so the whole resort could hear. There was no peace. You couldn't sit and hear the ocean. No enjoyment. Then after the bands were done, Joe's Oyster would play music until 4:00 a.m.! Just sad to have everything in one hotel and be ruined by non-stop, LOUD music. If the bands didn't have microphones and boom boxes blaring, and played just for the people in front of them and not the whole resort until 8:00 at night, it would make things so much better.

This is a beautiful resort! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They really make your stay exceptional! We have been there many times but not in the last 14 years. I would say that the grounds are not kept up as well as in the past, but still very beautiful. Rooms were clean, except for the floor walking around very little without shoes, feet were black. Otherwise very clean. Food is wonderful, service is exceptional. The gym is great! The pool is really the star! If you want to feel spoiled you won’t be disappointed.

The ocean view from our room was spectacular. A/C worked well. We did have two days without hot water. One or two lights didn't work, but enough did. The staff was in all areas were excellent.
