Fine. Good location for access to Santurce, decently accessible to the beach, staff was friendly, but otherwise not much going for it. Room was very small and not very pleasant to be in.

The noise is unbearable. We were on the third floor and had small windows connected a metal stairway that is so loud and it was like they were having a party up on the roof all night. We had to be up at 1am to catch a flight and couldn’t sleep at all. Between the paper thin walls where we hear everything the other rooms in our hall were doing and the loud party, we couldn’t sleep. At $500 a night this was unacceptable. The place is clean and comfortable, but you can’t relax at night with all the noise.

Location - next door to kayak tours and great restaurants on the beach. Excellent service, they have everything you need, and get back to you on any questions promptly. Beds are more comfortable than what we had in San Juan. Clean and functional. Only negative - roosters crow at 4AM. Bring earplugs. ...

Breathtaking views, gorgeous grounds, beautiful pools. Unfortunately the hot tubs were not working properly, and a young child had a few episodes and was very loud and arguing with his father. But El Conquistador is amazing.
