« The place is well located in Adirondak but we have rented for 8 persons and we had not enough place to sleep, no extra matress. The sofa bed was horrible (juste for one personne) So three persons had no place to sleep and the host didnt care and told us that we should bring our own matress. « High Peaks Hideaway was just as advertised! Our family of 5 came up for a long weekend of skiing and sightseeing. The cabin had everything we needed as far as for cooking and entertainment for the kids. Located in close proximity to Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid but out in the beautiful country. « House was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We had a drain clog and the owner was very prompt and efficient getting someone there to fix it. Wish the fire stove worked though. Just a little farther than I expected from Whiteface. But all in all very nice place to stay. »

« Spent almost a week with family at the chalet. Great location in town with plenty of restaurants and lakeside shops within walking distance. Ample parking for at least a few vehicles. Good mix of indoor and outdoor areas for socializing, including the downstairs game room for kids, and with comfortable overflow bedding both upstairs and downstairs beyond the three bedrooms. « The A frame cabin was just as pictured...beautifully and tastefully decorated and super comfortable. Everything was modern as described. The bathroom was small but well designed, the beds were great, the kitchen had everything we needed and our pup loved it as much as we did (the owners even left a dog toy for her). « We had the most wonderful stay at the ADK Chalet. The property is extraordinarily clean and brand new. It is also very cozy with two fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. The location is convenient for getting to Lake Placid, Keene, and Whiteface Mt. We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to come back in the future! »

« The Owl House is a real gem. A charming and well-built A-Frame nestled in the hills of the Adirondack region. Easy access from the regional interstate added to the convenience of this location.
