"We kind of a had a Transformer's experience with the Belmont - it was more than meets the eye. Upon arriving at the hotel, we got stuck behind a drug bust in the alley. While waiting to check-in, there was an unhoused person in the lobby being asked to leave. My husband wasn't thrilled about the hotel location, but the issues quickly resolved. The hotel is well-maintained, and the room was excellent: good size for a family of four, clean, well-decorated, and the choices for accommodations were all high quality (bed, bathroom fixtures, mini-fridge). We were on the 5th floor and just took the stairs for everything. If you can ignore some of the issues that come with being in the Entertainment District (drug use, open bottles, late night music, crowds), I think this is a fantastic oasis. The location was also perfect for walking to the BC Place arena, shopping, and eating. Parking was half a block away, but we didn't mind as it was gated and very safe."

"The hotel delivered on every aspect of my short visit. From the moment I checked in, the staff were efficient, and highly professional. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property as my room was immaculate, well-maintained, and noticeably clean throughout my stay. Compared to many other hotels today where service feels secondary, staying here was a refreshing reminder of real hospitality. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning!"
