« The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. »

The main building and pool are under construction and not looking like they will be open any time soon.
We were the only guests at the resort (which was terrifying), so, they had very limited food items and a very small staff. We were handed a menu, but they had none of the items on the menu. The cabins were nice and clean, but our family cottage was at the back of the resort. This is where the terrifying part comes in!!!

« Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! « Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere.
Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues.
