« L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. La piscine a été rapidement remise en service, parfaitement entretenue et agréable....

« Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next...

« Der Aufenthalt bei Patrick (und seinem Spitzenkoch!) im Merinja Guest House war genau, was wir nach einer Woche Reise brauchten. Die ruhige, grüne Umgebung und der einladende Garten mit Hängematten sind eine richtige Oase, um sich zu erholen. Am Abend hat uns der Koch mit lokalen, sehr schmackhaftem Essen verwöhnt. Wer Grünes mag, wählt Sukumawiki oder Managu :). Gleichzeitig sind freilaufende Giraffen, Zebras, Gnus und Antilopen nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut...

« Overall this was a nice hotel. The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room. When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable. »

« The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities »

« There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night. »
