« Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. There is an onsite staff through most of the day that provide the security and the convenience during our stay. « The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Il vous faudra impérativement passer par les portes du parc et payer les entrées (60$/personne/jour) pour accéder au lodge. Nous avons perdu 5h pour avoir les informations par des locaux et sommes arrivés à 21h30 accompagnés des rangers du parc . »

« The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru! »
