(991 reviews) Pros: Property is centrally located directly along the esplanade and close to boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. It has its own dining options and bars. It’s across from the central lagoon and there is a grocery store one block away and it is 15 minutes to the airport. The beds are comfortable and it has large windows with nice views. They use Origins bath products and the showers are nice - rooms clean and comfortable. All of the staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Cons: The room lighting is ambient keeping the room dark after the sun goes down. Hard to organize and pack in a dimly lit room. Also, the bathroom lighting is terrible for doing makeup. The bathroom could have used a little more usable counter space for toiletries. I found the pool area unusual - 2 pools on different floors. One pool is clear glass so folks eating or at the bar can see you swim. Awkward. We went to the central lagoon.
