While we understand some things are outside the resort’s control, overall this was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. The food was below average, and many items we ordered were either unavailable by 9 AM or equipment/services were broken. The beach was unfortunately not accessible due to excessive seaweed, which we understand is not entirely the resort’s fault.
