Had some problems checking in but the staff were super friendly, spoke english and was just reassuring through the stay.
Only issue was the smoke smell around the halls for those in dorms but it goes away once in the capsule.

Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.

The staff at this property are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special recognition goes to the club lounge Team, particularly Marjory and Nina, for their outstanding attentiveness and superior service.
Also the breakfast at the Jasmine is outstanding, so is the above and beyond service.
