Staff was courteous but the room we got initially was terrible. There were no shelves or dressers to put clothes in and the shower did not work. They moved us to a nicer room for an upcharge. The whole thing seemed like something they do to people so they will ask for a more expensive room

Staff great, room clean, BUT no hot water mornings or evenings.

Staff was courteous but overworked; it seemed the same people were doing double-duty. Room was tired. Shower faulty, but repaired right away. Pillows uncomfortable. Online advertising for a partial ocean view room is misleading. The building we were in isn’t even shown on the website! Maybe one person can sit comfortably on the balcony to get a glimpse of water. Appreciated not having to reserve a restaurant for dinner but the restaurants are sub-par and did not meet expectations. Pizza at Italian restaurant has no tomato sauce. Thai restaurant has no Thai food; it’s a sushi bar. Greek restaurant was just a fail. Most food was bland. Best dinner was Asian at the buffet. VERY irritating always having to provide room number for every meal - why bother with wrist bands?! Pool closest to the ocean was too cold; not enjoyable to stay in for any length of time. Overall the facility did not meet expectations and we will almost certainly not be back or recommend to others.

This was are second trip to the resort. We last stayed in January of 2023. The good very clean, food was amazing, nice staff, improvements being made to the resort including adding another tower. The bad no chairs available by the pools or beach after 9:45am, beach area very small, short staff which made wait times longer, being sold as a family resort personally feel that it is set up for couples. Based on cost to stay and how busy we will not be making a third trip back to the resort.

The rooms and bathrooms were not clean by most hotel standards. Even asking them to clean the room after Cioti broke in and left the room a mess with sticky candy all over they just flipped the cushions over and left the candy on it. Did not wipe down the coffee table. Did not clean or give any attention to the areas that were pointed out to them.
