World War I setup on the first floor is amazing, with a chronological walk-through and exhaustive details of how the war unfolded and how it changed the world. WWII on second floor also quite good, with its "Family at War" display to show what life was like for the average family at that time.
You need many hours if you love learning about Churchill. Great museum.
