We were expecting a shower that worked a faucet that didn't leak. Light bulbs that worked and front desk staff that didn't look exasperated when we asked about elevators and to give us directions to our room. We didn't realize shower didn't work until morning. Cafe was great though! Tons of food quick friendly service.

Front desk staff might be the worst I've ever encountered. Refused to acknowledge me, review my receipt or speak to me in anyway.
The manager flat out turned away from me and gave me the silent treatment when trying to check in.
Similar experience at the in casino restaurant. So weird and unpleasant
