It’s nice to find a hotel that was under $100 for the night. That said, you can’t ask for too much. We had a tower room that was older than my grandma’s grandma’s grandma. Was it sufficient for one night? Yes. We didn't have a fridge or coffee pot and the shower door didn’t shut. I think the worst part was the bed frame stuck out and I mashed my ankle on it. Yet, the shower was good, the room was clean and the staff were nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom toilet tank was running. It was not annoying, but the water ran into the tank. With a water shortage, it should be corrected asap. I advised the staff at checkout, and it appeared they will resolve the issue.

I should explain the low rating. If my wife were not handicapped, the rating would have been 4 stars. The reason for the low ratings is a total lack of accommodations for the handicapped. The hotel is nice, the staff friendly , but if you are handicapped, don’t stay here. My wife is confined to a walker. When we arrived all the 6 or 7 handicapped parking places were taken. We had to walk about 200 feet uphill to the entrance where we encountered a steep walking ramp up to the lobby. When I pressed the button to open the automatic doors, they didn’t stay open long enough and closed on my wife nearly knocking her over. The desk clerk asked if we wanted a room close to the casino to which we stated yes. We entered the small elevator and the door didn’t stay open long enough for 2 people to enter, again closing on wife, but I was able to push the door open. Now tired we entered our room which was very clean and nice. When my wife went to the bathroom, the toilet was so low and without grab bars, she couldn’t get up without my help. I immediately went to the front desk and asked if they had handicap friendly rooms. They changed us to another room which was about 1000 feet from the casino. The room was definitely made for the handicapped but I can’t understand why they would have handicap rooms so far away We only ate at the Milano Cafe. They had a large menu but I would rate the food we ordered I would rate 6 out of 10.
