This is a hidden gem. The outside is deceptive, not having great curb appeal, but the rooms are modern and spotless with comfortable beds, good quality sheets, and large tvs. The staff are pleasant and efficient, breakfast is adequate, and amenities include a pool table, e-bikes and kayaks. Location is good and price can't be beat!

This is our usual place to stay when in Victoria We’ve been staying here for over 10 years. Great location, easy parking, breakfast included, walk to everything. Clean and comfortable. One housekeeper we met has been working here for 33 years!

Wonderful people, classy environment, spacious room, and good value. We really enjoyed our stay, unfortunatley it was just during the annual swimming pool maintenance, which was extended for a few weeks. Otherwise everything was excellent.
