In general the hotel is nice. Lifts are quick, if a little confusing, because of the need to validate each upward journey. Breakfast was good as was the view. The air-con was insufficient to maintain a nice temperature with a winter duvet so I slept on top of the duvet so as to not overheat.
My main complaint is that I booked a twin and got a double handicapped suite! The suite was nice but having to sleep with my adult son did not make me or him happy. For that reason sleep was intermittent, however, the bed itself was comfortable.
Other issue was that the recommended parking (Printworks) is about a block away and is not dead cheap. If it's raining then getting your luggage to and from your car will be a issue. We were lucky.

The check-in process was slow. The room had one dining chair missing from the table and the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear the lift and also streetnoise as the window did not tightly close. The space was great and the breakfast was good.
