"I didnt had much time to explore the whole property however the room were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping lady gave evacuate service. I didnt get her name. The security officer Smith was very accommodating. The front desk lady was absolutely remarkable when I checked in. I would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable."

"I enjoy staying here when I vacation in the Bahamas. I come for the water(beach and pool) and the people. The staff have become like old friends and work hard to make you feel welcome and have a wonderful time. Alfie and bar staff have the best Bahama Mama cocktails on the island. Steven keeps everyone entertained at the pool side! Waitresses are wonderful and always smiling! The room is dated but I don't come here to stay in the room. As long as it is clean."

"All about location, access to beach, ferry to Port Lucaya, pool bar and the people. Accommodated my request for larger table and chair in room as I do puzzles. A few inconveniences - no hair dryer or iron in room (I bring my own), late delivery of bath towels some days, delays getting clean beach towel, limited front desk hours. No one present when posted staff would be during my time to check out. Love Freeport!"
