Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. "Room was dirty on arrival, pubic hairs in bed, no other rooms were not available, so had to leave and stay elsewhere. The receptionist was lovely but she was on her own could not help in anyway.
The website shows lovely clean rooms, but this was not the reality. I have started a claim for a refund but would never book to stay again"

"Nice hotel the parking was a joke £11 a night I would have got a better deal in London wife as a blue badge the hotel did not want to know holiday inn express are not a disable friendly hotel which spoilt the day I parked down the road life is hard looking after wife Iwon’t be staying at this hotel again"

"Loads of parking and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. I was shown to my room and felt very well looked after.
I ate in the restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast and the food was superb!"
