"Everything was very nice! People were friendly, kind and always helpful!! I thought the lines for the omletes were way too long. I also thought that it was the best thing they served. I was not fond of anything else. Things tasted old and stale to me or had no taste at all. The French toast was dry and tasteless. The bacon really had little taste or tasted burned. I did like the variety and you never ran out of coffee! My room was very clean, however there was a dark black dirty sock from a previous guest that got missed! It was next to a chair by the window. This is not a deal breaker for me to stay there. I think staff should just check things out more closely so as not to miss anything. I really liked the set up of the hotel room. It was nice and comfortable. I was informed by the mother of the bride I was supposed to receive a care package upon my arrival. I did not. I did tell the check in person/staff at the desk that I was there for the Ellison wedding. I was never asked or asked for which one. Clearly everyone that worked at the front desk was not aware that they were to give out bags. I also know there were three wedding parties staying at that hotel. I know things can get chaotic, but I think if I were a manager I would have informed every person working there about the gift bags and make sure they pass it on or there is something posted on their front desk(taped) as a constant reminder. That is a special detail that sets your hotel apart! Details are important. "

"I wish i had booked both days while i was there. Check in was a little different as you have to enter from within the garage elevators, versus a main entrance on the street level."
