Short of staff, just one lady running around to manage front desk and breakfast as well. Not her fault but one person cannot manage both works.

Really beautiful hotel. The weird thing is they don't have a pool or hot tub. Weird for a ski resort hotel.

Good spot, very new and in good order. Good parking even for oversized vehicles. Kitchen extractor fan doesn’t work, don’t expect any basic items such as cooking oil etc. They do give you a little coffee. It’s comfy enough. The blinds are just light filtering not blackout. No in suite storage for skis and no where in the building to tune skis. Tons of gear storage! Right across from the hill and the Marriott which has good food and drinks. Would come back if could get a bigger space.

The room I saw on Expedia and booked at this motel were different. The room I booked had a bed in a separate room and be ones at this motel does not have such a room. Very much false advertising and the price I was willing to pay and had to pay was way too high for the room we got. I also needed a step ladder to get into bed

Such a beautiful property. We loved our stay and it was the best location for shopping and the best food you could possibly want! Everything was in walking distance from the hotel and the hosts were so personable and accommodating. 5/5 stars!
