« Loved my little place by the ocean!! It was just what I needed to get away from some sad situations at home. I was able to rest, relax, be by the ocean or go to the pool...get delicious foods within minutes of my "home". The home was clean, well furnished and I felt so comfy there...if I had my furbabies with me, I might not have left. Dealing with Stephen was like dealing with a friend. « This place was perfect and we had a great time. It has the space and privacy of a house, I love that i got to bring my dog and she could chill on the balcony or the grass. It also has the convenience of a townhouse/condo community- super close to the pool and private beach entrance. It's close enough to ride bikes to the pier and a short drive to downtown. Plenty of clear emails about check in, what to expect, ect. I hope we go back! »

« We traveled to Fernandina Beach to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a short stay. We booked this property because my daughter was bringing friends and the bed situation in this house was just right. My daughter was able to stay with her friends in one bedroom while I had the other bedroom. There was also space in the main part of the house for a queen size air mattress. The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing photos so we were happy. We also enjoyed a couple of the features...

« This property was absolutely wonderful. Its probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and I am picky. The shower was fantastic!! It has a wonderful and peaceful back porch where we had our coffee every morning. It is in walking distance to downtown and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!! »

« When we walked in, it was like we walked into a fairytale. Very quiet and serene. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy. Beautiful, clean, quiet, and great price. Property manager was very nice, stayed in contact and gave very good directions. The pictures do not do this place justice. »

« Great little place and worked perfectly for us and another couple as we were visiting our kids at UF. Even had the girls come and stay with us for a night in the third bedroom, had a movie night and ordered in. Great location, close to campus, shopping, etc. Very clean and convenient. My only suggestion is a couple more pans to cook, if you are looking to cook, we only found one saute pan and one sauce pan. Host was responsive, neighborhood was quiet and safe. »

« View and beach were beautiful. Beach was not crowded. The host who lived on the property was very cordial. Pet friendly I would have liked to see some things cleaner. The cottage was located directly on A1A and the noise was loud while trying to sleep. The stairs leading into the cottage would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Overall we had a great stay. »

« Absolutely LOVED the place. So nicely decorated and appointed. I stayed with my 12 and 13 year olds. We enjoyed the pool - the owner even turned on a bubble machine for us to make it extra special. We woke up early on the last day to watch the sun rise from the rooftop deck. We will be back ❤️ »

« Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property. »
