"This condo has been updated and was very clean. We had everything needed! There was plenty of space for our group of five. We especially liked the large private patio with lounge chairs and a grill. The host provided very clear communication on check in/ out procedures and the codes needed. Would definitely stay here again if returning to the area!"

"Had a great stay with my husband, 7 month old, and in-laws. Kitchen is spacious and updated, balcony area was nice and bigger than expected. There is a full bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second. Primary bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom sink which was a perk. Pool was not heated but an enjoyable space. Beach is beautiful, wide, and you can drive on it."

"The location of this condo is great! The view of the ocean is beautiful and it is only a few minutes walk out the condo boardwalk to the beach. The owners even left a few beach chairs for us to use. There are many restaurants very near-by along with fun activities such as miniature golf. The 2 pools are perfect for non-beach times. We had a lovely long stay!"

"We're St Augustine residents, but it's nice to get a place with easy access to the beach now and then. I found this condo to be exactly as described and it fit our needs perfectly. I was surprised that the bed was a large queen and it was totally quiet at night. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The beach access was great and we slept well. Can't ask for much more. We'll definitely stay here in the future. There's a fairly new restaurant / bar across the street (Fusion904). Food was pretty good...
