"I booked this specific Drury, knowing that it was not directly in downtown St. Louis because of their exceptional rating of 9.6. They should have been a 10!! We came for a short 3 night vacation with our two kids. The pool was warm/heated and it was both inside and outside. We book on amenities so this was perfect. The hot tub was amazing to soak after spending all day at the FREE St. Louis zoo and then all day next day climbing and crawling at the City Museum (they do not offer a discount but it was soooooooo worth it!). The chlorine levels were a bit high but it was necessary as they were busy with kiddos on spring break. We just sat outside and moved outside to swim when it got too much. The room was comfy, we just did the two queens bed room. It had a chair, fridge, microwave, and the spa style soap/shampoo/conditioner set up. Beds were soft, plenty of lines and towels offered. On our final evening we rented the rollaway as we wanted to have all the room to rest our weary selves. It was soft as well! The food… Breakfast is a buffet of anything you could ever want! Oatmeal, pancakes, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, tortillas, yogurt, waffles, you name it, they had it! And if that wasn’t enough… at 5:30 till 7 pm EVERY Drury apparently does a “Sidekick” event. It’s THREE alcoholic drinks per registered adult guests each night you stay, AND soda for the kids with a meal! I’m outta room or if say more. JUST BOOK IT! "

"We stayed 1 night on our way back from a trip. This was a great hotel to stay in. We were pleasantly surprised that the lobby had a 24 hr coffee & ice cream station. They also offered nachos ( I believe from 5-7pm). Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a goid selection. "

"The room was ok. There were some small stains on the sheets like pen marks or it touched something dirty. The tv did not work, phone was unplugged and wire behind the night stand which did not look like it had been cleaned. Tge rest was ok. "

"This hotel was very clean and seemed to be recently refreshed. Staff were helpful w quick checkin. Restaurants were short walk away. Bed was comfortable , hotel quiet and spacious room w very large screen tv. Parking on site and good cat/ dog policy. Nice hot/ cold breakfast selections"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold us a room with no working A/C, knowing it doesn’t work. Said they were sold out of other rooms and we couldn’t change when we realized. Didn’t give us any compensation to make up for it except a box fan. Will never stay here or any Best Western again"

"Check in was very easy. Host was very friendly and checked in with us during the stay. Location was close to everything you may need and the home was beautiful and cozy. My favorite part was all of the thoughtful details put into the home to make your stay comfortable. "
