No, I want room was not ready at 4 o’clock when we tried to check in.
We ended up leaving the area and going to the meetings with scheduled. It was very inconvenient because they called an hour later that the room was ready and we had already left the parking garage and paid for our stay there. We ended up having to go back to the graduate Hotel, pay again at the parking garage, we were never offered anything for our inconvenience.
