Elwick Vacation Packages

Just stayed here last week very easy to find plenty parking. Check in straight forward the young man very friendly. Some minor faults with rooms. We had 2 rooms . Both kettles in rooms had bad limescale so never used them .the teabags looked like they had just been thrown in a pile on the dresser Bathroom towel instead of being white had a massive blue stain on .bed sheet was dirty. .you could hear the traffic outside but to be expected as on main road. I think for value for money reasonable. Rooms very outdated could be a little gold mine if got modernised . You cant get breakfast here which is a shame as theirs a restaurant next door which you can access through hotel.fantastic food and great menu choice but if you drive maybe 2 miles further up on main road theirs a industrial estate with costa maccies . KFC etc so we went their for brekkie .overall we enjoyed it and would stay again if maybe improvements were made on some of things ive pointed out 🙂

It’s a premier inn Self check in seemed ok a bit impersonal On arrival we were early and no power in hotel but all good we returned later It’s on a courtyard shared with sainsbury Penrith itself isn’t very inviting but the hotel is ok

Stunning location and view. Loved the quiet it's why we chose it. Loved the decor and Art Deco feel. Comment not a criticism. We struggled with the stairs. Could use a cobweb brush. We are happy to and will return. A memorable holiday. Thank you

Met expectations of a 5* hotel. Unfortunately there was a power cut, this was not a fault of the hotel. The staff handled it brilliantly and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay despite the slight set back.
