El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación! Y, aunque no son instalaciones modernas tiene lo necesario para estar cómodos por unos días, un agradecimiento especial a Juan, el Chico que nos recibió, te llevaremos en el ❤️

The property is nice, located not far from the city centre. The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude. The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken)

Excelente lugar para estar en familia Solo dos problemitas El calor de el piso es muy intenso que hasta me enfermo tanto calor estando el termostato apagado y mi vecina de la derecha le encanta hablar hasta las 3 am y yo teniendo que abrir la ventana para poder dormir Pero hasta que se fue mi vecina se fue a dormir ella empece a dormir yo .

Everything was perfect! The heating in the cabin was perfect. The water was hot and I loved the towel warmers. The breakfast was amazing! You can really relax at this hotel.

The hotel is lovely; we stayed in one of the casitas that had a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Think large wooden beams like a forest cottage. The views out our windows were of the lake and mountains beyond. The hotel has an outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. The dining room is the same wooden beam design with a large fireplace and great views. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
