the place is spotless! so clean, crisp and well presented. Facilities excellent, stayed for 2 day conference and everything provided was excellent.

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are new and clean, but there they still have work to do in the renovation, the balcony had old outdoor furniture. I would stay there again.

Good room sizes, and the kitchenette was a life saver. The hours at the bar/restaurant were not early or late enough to enjoy regularly, and an earlier check in option would be nice after an international flight. Al in all, it’s a great location, friendly staff and a pleasant stay.

Great hotel and brilliant location for exploring Sydney. Pool and sauna area was very disappointing. Hot tub and sauna was not in operation during our visit but it was smelly and looked in need of a makeover. The room and service was great.. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a good place to stay for convenience to the sights of Sydney.

Our room was very, very dark. Looked right at another building. Most of the hotel was dark. Though I had requested an upper floor and nicer room for a special weekend, we were placed on the 2nd floor, looking right over a busy bar/courtyard so it was quite noisy and lacked privacy unless we kept the curtains shut the entire time which made it like we were staying in a windowless vault. We asked to be changed but they were unable to do so except to put us even closer to the noise on the first level. Though there is a restaurant, there was no food on Saturday after noon, so we had to use Uber Eats for food delivery. Don’t think the hotel is worth the price. Room was clean, nice shower and robes were nice. Comfortable beds.
