Great staff, amazing breakfast, lovely room.
We stayed here 15 years ago and it felt like nothing has changed. Needs some touch up within the room, like fixing issues / painting walls and door. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay

Staff friendly and helpful. The Dyson hot cold fan was brilliant. We enjoyed using the pool and steam room. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing!

The hotel was nice and modern in a convenient location. There is a pub n grill downstairs as well as a starbucks which i thought was very convenient for a good meal n some coffee. There’s also a gym with swimming n jacuzzi which however you have to pay to use despite being a paying hotel guest. My only complaint was that our room was not cleaned even when we put a sign outside our door asking for it to be tidied up. The only thing that was done by housekeeping was a change of towels and that was it. At some point we had to ask for fresh sheets which we changed ourselves to atleast have a fresh bed to sleep in. If there’s anything to improve on it would be this.
