When I notified the hotel via a WhatsApp text, they told me that the boiler had broken down and they were going to fix it. When I spoke to the person at Reception, he said that a technician was going to come in the morning, but there was still no hot water. When I asked for compensation, I was told that they would get back to me, but they never did!
