"My 82 yr old Mom, 30 year old daughter and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage by the beach! There were plenty of things to do to satisfy all of the generations! The water was really warm for September and we all enjoyed a swim. The bike trails were great and I enjoyed jogging/walking on the trail in front of the cottage. The cottage had everything you could need and everything was very clean and organized. The outdoor shower was great!!!"

"Our family stayed here for a week vacation- 9 adults and 4 kids ranging from 6 months to 4 years old. It was perfect! Enough room for all of us, the pool was a wonderful addition for days we didn't want to go to the beach. Great, quiet neighborhood with lots of options for stroller walks. Steve was very responsive and accommodative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball."

"We had a great time at this house, even though it was the off-season (March) with cold/windy/rainy weather. We cooked, played games, walked, hiked, and rode the bikes. The house is an easy/short walk to the beach and into town. An easy two miles up the street is the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We were three, but the house easily accommodates a family of five with two bedrooms on the first floor and two twin beds in the attic bedroom."

"The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod."

"What a wonderful place to stay! We so enjoyed our time in Cape Cod, and this was just the perfect place for us to stay. We loved the private beach, views from inside the house, enclosed porch, the decor, and the overall layout of the house. The view from the primary was beautiful and I looked forward to doing dishes while watching the ocean. Would love to stay here again! Plenty of room for our whole family. Beds were very comfortable."

"The view of Swan Pond is gorgeous. We survived Hurricane Lee with small impact. Sunny 9 days out of the 10 Swimming at West Dennis beach kayaking in Swan Pond, canoeing, fishing, dining at Clancy’s, lighting the fire pit at night for s,mores and toasting marshmallows. Grill could be improved on one side and a lighting issue. Cottage clean and beautiful. Description should be updated."
