« We liked location, Good for grandparents parent and 2 small Children, small yard, beds comfy, appliances good. Spoke to property manager re a little bit more attention to detail re cleaning floors Under chairs and beds (we had small kids) and he was very receptive. I am sure it won’t be a problem again. We would like to come back again next year COVID willing. »

« Very nice place to stay that’s affordable (somewhat) near Vancouver. Convenience stores and bus stops are walking distance but the transit time to the city would be around a hour or so. There were also just some ants in the suite occasionally which would be my only downside but otherwise really nice and clean basement suite. »

« Positives: owner was very responsive about questions and details. Property was relatively clean. Neighborhood was fine. Negatives: we were supposed to rent the basement suite, but upon arriving the owner put us upstairs. It was nicer, but there was another guest in one of the bedrooms and that guest had a lock on their door and none of us did! The owner had said she had some leakage in the space downstairs, and we did appreciate being placed upstairs as it was nicer, but ultimately, when the...
