Staff is always extremely helpful and room service the people are wonderful hardworking and so giving. For a casino hotel it’s incredible how quiet and lovely it is. It’s truly an experience. "This hotel is definitely over priced , front desk rude The buffet breakfast is not free save your money and go across the street there is Tim’s, Starbucks, MacDonald Bed was to soft, tub water pressure was terrible! Key card deactivated and a long line waiting to check in and you are fixed to go to the end of the line just to get your key card activated again!"

"Dear Expedia Customer MY booking 73411315532057 I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent reservation I made through your platform at Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver). Upon my late arrival in Vancouver, I was informed at the front desk that the room I had reserved included a shared bathroom with other guests. This came as a complete surprise, as there was no clear indication of shared bathroom accommodations in the Expedia listing at the time of booking. Having traveled extensively around the world during my career as an airline pilot for over 12 years, I have stayed in a wide range of hotels, and this was the first time I encountered such an arrangement without prior disclosure. Due to the late hour and lack of alternative options, I had no choice but to upgrade to a small room with a private bathroom at a significantly higher cost In addition, the internet service at the hotel was extremely slow and unreliable. It was difficult to use even for basic purposes, and it was not possible to watch television or stream content, which further impacted the quality of my stay.As a result, my three-night stay totaled close to $1,000, which was far beyond what I had initially expected based on the information provided. I strongly believe that this situation was the result of misleading or incomplete information on the Expedia platform, combined with substandard hotel conditions. Please request the different payment back to me."
