« Spacious house with lots of beds, but be prepared for steep steps and an additional $20/ bed fee, read the details. It's conveniently located to the west end/Ohio City. At the time of our visit, the house was dirty; however, Nick the manager, was surprised to hear it as he said it's usually spotless. »

« The rental was just what we needed, but needs some routine maintenance. Stair rail not attached to wall, enclosed porch could use a good cleaning and grass could have been mowed. Overall it was a nice long weekend for us. »

« The apartment was clean, and check-in relating to getting the codes was easy. There is no flexibility with check-ins which would have been nice since we arrived 15 minutes early and wanted to drop our stuff off and use the restroom before leaving for an important event at the check-in time and wasn’t told to go ahead and go in when she knew we were there. First time with Verbo so I really didn’t want to get charged for an extra day by going in a bit early and maybe I should have flat out asked...

Recommendations of local establishments located on the refridgerator were appreciated. Would be happy to stay there again if I were in the area. »

« Located in the heart of Peninsula. Parked the car on arrival and it never moved until we left two days later. Easy walking access to restaurants, a new coffee/wine shop, several shops, walking trails, the train depot, and multiple churches. It is located upstairs to a popcorn store, so the whole place has a fragrance of popcorn which we found pleasant. Looking forward to another visit in the future. »

« Great location, very clean, comfortable and good amenities including washer/dryer. Loved the smell from the popcorn shop on the first floor as you come through the first floor entrance, yet you hardly notice it on the second floor which is where the apartment is. Our only complaint was the single water filter pitcher in the refrigerator is inadequate and we had to buy bottled water for drinking etc. »
