Don’t stay here pictures are not what it is. Rooms was filthy, still had stickers on the wall from the previous person who was in the room, tub was dirty with a dirt ring blue stain on the bed sheets. This place almost ruined our vacation; thanks to villas sol way better place rooms was clean and better view and cheaper. Whatever you do don’t stay here. And we have pictures and videos to prove this place sucks

Great villa, amazing property. However, the villa is listed within walking distance from the main attraction area where all the restaurants and bars are, but it is more like a 15-20 min walk down a few hills and main roads with traffic. Also the beach club that is advertised with the infinity pool is not attached to the villa it is also a 21 min walk.

Great accommodations and superb value

The front desk representative, Monica, unfortunately set a very negative tone for our stay from the moment we arrived. After traveling for such a long time, we expected to be welcomed with courtesy, professionalism, and basic hospitality. Instead, we were greeted with a rude and dismissive attitude that immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The arrival experience is one of the most important moments of any hotel stay. Guests are often tired and exhausted from traveling, and this is precisely when a warm and professional welcome matters most. Unfortunately, our experience with Monica was the complete opposite. Her attitude left such a negative first impression that it affected how we felt throughout much of our stay. No guest should arrive at a hotel after a long journey and be treated in a manner that makes them feel unwelcome. This was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, unacceptable for someone representing the hotel at the front desk. Apart from this most of the stay was good.
