Our stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy was truly delightful. The hotel beautifully combines historic elegance with modern comfort, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Budapest's main attractions, while still offering peace and quiet. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality products. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an elegant and memorable stay in Budapest. We would be delighted to return on our next visit.

Excellent location, a few steps from the parliament and a block from the Danube River. Hotel is well maintained, breakfast is great, and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing hotel, located centrally in the heart of Budapest. It was so easy to get around, can walk everywhere. The hotel itself was beautiful with amazing amenities. The room was spotless and the AC was clutch, especially during a heat wave. I would totally come back here again!

I was booked in for 5 nights at Hotel Rum. When I went to the room, the lock to the door was damaged (but at least functional), which for the cost was a very poor look. When I checked out the room, the blankets on the bed were dirty, with stains that looked disturbing. I requested that they be replaced by clean ones and the young lady at reception was helpful in arranging for that, However, when that had occurred, hair was then left in the bed by whoever serviced the room. I immediately left and had to find suitable accomodation elsewhere in Budapest.
