The room was fine but as we went on the hottest day of the year it was like an oven. We were provided with a large fan though. Other than that it was a lovely building and the staff were great.

Very friendly staff. Our room was upgraded and was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent shower. Food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and service was great. Hotel is in a great location within easy walking of centre of Malmesbury.

It was a good location for me. However, there are some really loud birds that start yelling around 5:30am, so I was unable to sleep very well. I would have liked a coffee machine and some coffee and tea. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. We accepted after he promised a partial refund as i had no choice by then as it was too close to the stay. I am still waiting for that refund….
The place itself was clean, and it was fine for a 2 night stay whilst i had to attend a course. However, the parking was really full every day that we were there and awkward to even get into so ended up using the free off street parking. I wouldn’t use this property if you rely on the parking. Fine if you don’t have a car because you are close to everything you need.
I will definitely not be using this owner again, he was absolutely terrible with customer service.
