"Pool / Beach: Pool chairs were all gone by 8am. There are cabanas that take up all the space and they charge you $200-$250 per day for them depending on who you talk to. The beach due to all of the seaweed was gross. They try to clean it up but there is so much of it. If you want a nice beach to walk on this is not the place. The smell was also awful. Food: We’ve visited a number of all-inclusives in Mexico and DR and this is the worst food we’ve ever experienced. Menus were not good, food not even appetizing and our son got food poisoning and missed two days of our trip sick in the room. Overall: This resort is tired and underwhelming. The staff is very polite but service is not above and beyond at all. It seems that they get their business from destination weddings. We booked preferred and it seems as though they expanded the preferred and have given it to nearly everyone. Our room was definitely nothing special. "

"The only thing I thought was a negative was there are no reservations for the restaurants. Some nights was an hour wait to sit down for dinner. "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent, the restaurants were great, and everything was kept spotless. The staff was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and ready to take care of any request. The pool area was beautiful, and we especially loved the lazy river. Overall, it’s a very luxurious and relaxing place, and we would be more than happy to return again."

"Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge. Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !"

"We really enjoyed the quite area of the property. Tucked in the jungle, about 10 min drive away from Puerto Morelos beach and town, we enjoyed the house, many amenities and extras it had to offer. Loved the beach chairs, cooler and brach towels (never knew these extras would be so important to have lol). The living space was perfect for us, 2 grandparents and 1 child. Everyone had their own space, rooms to themselves and clean & peaceful places to interect.The host was great & easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be able to quickly get into town or the beach, but loves the peacefullness of being just outside of the hustle & bustle of town."

"This home is laid out nicely. It has every kitchen appliance that one could possibly want. Loved having the washer/dryer. It also provides 4 bicycles which are great for riding around town. We used the king master bedroom upstairs. The bed was very comfortable. There’s two bathrooms conveniently located to the bedroom. The closet is very spacious with plenty of shelving and drawers for storing your belongings. If we return to Mexico, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
