Old Man Ridge Tours and Activities

First of all the ice machine doesn’t work. Secondly and most importantly there was ongoing construction in the room next to me both nights I was there. There was a lot of hammering and banging going on both nights I was there. I ignored it the first night but when it happened again the second night I complained. The room next to me was being gutted so to speak. I have no problem with construction work being done but not at 7:30pm and I’m in adjoining room that shares a wall. They could have at least put me in a different room. I spoke to the contractor and told him I couldn’t sleep with all the noise. He said he didn’t know. All he had to do was knock on my door and he would have known. It’s common courtesy.

The pool was closed we were told because lack of chlorine. We chose the hotel because of the heated pool. We were traveling with young children who were very disappointed. I feel like we should have been notified so that we could have made another choice. We booked for 2 nights because of the heated pool and location The breakfast was good and staff was very nice!
