« Every thing was great local people were great a few issues were addressed immediately the only complaint was after arriving at the property at 10 pm I had to walk over 1 mile to get the key if the keys could have been left at front desk then everything would have been fantastic »

« The house was better than the photos! We felt lucky to have found this special mountain location for our family to reunite and enjoy some beautiful ski days. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days in the well stocked kitchen. David is easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place. »

« We Had a fabulous time With our daughter and kids (and with dog enjoyed a very nice stay at this very spacious home. We were walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and walking distance to the gondola to get to the ski resort. Family had a great time. »

« Stayed 3 nights in late May with my wife and 2 dogs. First time staying in Leadville. Didn't look like much from the outside, but very nicely done on the inside. Very comfortable, with everything we needed. Washer and dryer were nice to have, though be aware that there's not a dishwasher. We enjoyed walking with the dogs around town, and hopping in the car to explore the beauty of the surrounding area. It's handy to have a real grocery store (Safeway) in town. The Mountain Goat and Casa Sanchez...

« Property was very clean and fully stocked in kitchen and elsewhere with all your needs. Comfortable beds and the fireplace was a nice touch after a long day out in the cold. Easy access to lifts, bus route and nice walk into town. »

« This house is convenient to all things Leadville. We were in town for a family wedding and shared the house with family from across the country. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean and lots of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking ware and condiments/spices. Overall, a perfect place for our needs. »

« Great option for a family of 15 adults and 4 kids under 5 on a budget. Lots of stairs since it’s two duplexes but baby gates available and keep close eyes on babies. Close to town (minutes by car, a nice walk, or short walk to free shuttle). Bedrooms were clean. Clear instructions for everything. Property manager responded to any concerns within minutes. Would stay again! »

« House was great for a large group. It was not ski-in/ski-out and a further walk to slopes than I wanted but doable. Some walked, some got Ubers(us over 65😂) »

« We loved our stay and highly recommend this home. There was plenty of room for two families. It was cozy (especially the beds) and not overdone, it felt like home. We were close enough to the ski areas and shopping but far enough out to enjoy the views. The communication was excellent and thank you for the last minute late checkout! We are already planning a return next year. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was comfortable and cozy. Basic kitchen things provided and the house seemed clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The reverse osmosis water was much appreciated so we didn't have to buy bottled water! we didn't use the basement much as it didn't have heat and was very cold. The hot tub had not been cleaned and was full of algae which was a huge disappointment because that was one of the reasons we booked this house. the sauna was also not functioning...

« Excellent hôtel ! Superbe suite king bed Amazing time there. Pool and hot tub. Missing Sauna and steam room The only negative point is that we were expecting according to the price, refreshing the bed and clean towels every day. »
