(1,000 reviews) The room is clean: the water pressure is very strong. The staff is nice. Breakfast is good. They have a good size for the pool. They also have 2 jacuzzis & a nice sauna. The only thing is we are not sure if AC is working in the room. Only warm air comes out regardless of how we adjusted the thermostat. It was warm & we had to open the window to sleep. Other than that, it a nice place to stay and close toany attractions. (48 reviews) Overpriced for the state of the property and service - shower was broken (which we reported and the staff simply forgot to report for maintenance), limited amenities (paper cups provided for tea/coffee), average customer service, room was next to a main road which was very noisy (not the hotel’s fault but when everything else was so average the noise was pretty frustrating).
