« Clean and good value when visiting the raceway. »

« King suite was missing clothes hangers, chairs to sit on, luggage rack, shampoo. Staff found some hangers, a partly broken clothes rack and gave us an uncomfortable chair from the breakfast room. Luckily, we had a cushion with us and didn't need shampoo. Staff didn't know how to operate whirlpool bath and failed to have knowledgeable person contact us. A/C heater unit never maintained temp, just kept running. Had to manually shut it down. Other than king size bed there was nothing suite...

« The property is clean and well maintained. Good location and restaurants. The only downside was no elevator. »

« Very clean, looked new. Checking in was frustrating, I didn’t get the email with code and room number so had to call to get all that, the lady was very patient and nice. After we got it figured out it was fine but very strange with no management on the property. I had to call about the WiFi password. But it did work. The shower was very hard to adjust the temp. Only two K-cups, we were there for 3 days. The next day I was able to ask a room cleaner for some more coffee and towels, towels...
