"Perfectly lovely downtown hotel. Parking was a little tight for bigger cars (minivan), but otherwise easy. The staff were very nice. They had one elevator down and that increased wait times for the elevators, but otherwise a very nice place."

Everything was perfect (safe, SUPER convenient location, clean, etc.) and the check-in and check-out system (they have these self-serve machines so you don't have to wait in line or go up to the desk) was the most efficient and innovative thing I've ever experienced at a hotel. "While in Toronto, my original stay was booked at the Don Valley Hotel which was so inaccessible that I transferred to the Yorkville Royal Sonesta. The Royal Sonesta was superior in every way. Most importantly, I had very few issues with accessibility due to my disabilities. There were a few small things, but the staff was immediately attentive and eager to find a solution. They also reported the issue for further improvement."
